with severe weather. tornado watches you can see. look at this. i-10 right along the gulf coast, houston to new orleans. and this is just really the beginning of it. we're looking at incredibly severe weather. tornado watches and tornado warnings. tornado warnings meaning these storms have produced rotation and have been detected. you can see right there. so right now it's eastern texas moving into louisiana. kind of to give you a perspective, south of i-20 here is tyler, texas. here's shreveport, louisiana. all of these moving northeast and this is just the beginning of really what could be an inundation of severe weather today and really a rash of tornadoes which is really quite rare for christmas day. so here is a look from houston to new orleans the beginning of the day from now through kind of early afternoon and as we head toward afternoon and into evening, atlanta, birmingham, so dangerous tornadoes, winds 60 to 80 miles per hour, straight line winds could be a factor as well. as well as damaging hail. so you kind of get the perspective and the gravity of this. that is the severe

gray houston is on scene at 19th and minnesota avenue with the very latest. >> reporter it must have been terrifying for the woman who was killed and for all the people who were on the bus and this is the bus right over here, the b2 at the corner right now of minnesota avenue and 19th street. this terrible shooting happened a block away from here and a short time ago a spoke to a young woman who said she was on the bus when the shooting happened. she said that when the shots rang out, all of the passengers yelled out duck, duck and they told the driver go, go, go. now the toddler who was on the bus believed to be younger than 3 years old is being treated for unspecified injuries at a local hospital. gunshots rang out around 5:45 in the evening when metrobus no. b2 had stopped on minnesota avenue at 18th street. the woman and child got on. >> once they got on the bus a male subject followed close behind her and opened fire into the bus. the young woman who is an adult. we don't have an exact age on her right now. she was shot multiple times. the child has some injuries, don't know wh

out after being sued over a yelp post. fox 5's karen gray houston in the web center now with the story. >> christopher dietz says the worst of his nightmare occurred when he posted reviews on yelp and angie's list and he says that those reviews said that his renovations damaged her home and they also accused him of stealing her jewelry. now if you look, there are still some reviews of his company dietz development right here on yelp. they are posted by other people, but dietz says that the one posted by jane perez was slander and he won a partial victory today in fairfax circuit court. jane perez lives in this townhouse seen here on mary crest street in fairfax. according to the lawsuit filed by chris dietz, she hired him to do some painting, refinish some floors, electrical plumbing, other handyman work at her home. dietz took her to court when she claimed in reviews on yelp and angie's list that the work was shoddy and some of her jewelry was missing. the judge ruled in favor of a preliminary injunction requiring that any allegations of criminal activity be removed and that her claim
